Merlie began her CBS career in April of 2021. As one of our Insurance Verification Specialists, she works within our PAVE department and is responsible for a handful of our clients' verifications and authorizations. Before CBS, Merlie graduated with her Associate's degree in Medical Administration from Ivy Tech Community in Indiana. She has worked with many different specialties such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, and radiology practices across the US. It is during this time that she gained valuable expertise and knowledge of how to navigate and authorize complicated claims. This experience has led her to great success in her current role at CBS.
