Marla started her career at CBS in July of 2020. As a Billing Support Representative, she is responsible for payment posting, Medicaid submissions, audits, and account follow-ups. Before CBS, Marla worked in the service industry as well as an Ambulance and Home Infusion Medical Biller. All of these positions gave her outstanding customer service skills and in-depth experience in the medical billing industry. Marla has quickly become a crucial part of our team by becoming a Medicaid Portal and OPIE software expert. Her favorite part of her role as Billing Support Specialist is diving headfirst into challenging Medicaid problems and solving them!
