Before CBS Dillion worked for over 6 years in the customer service and IT support industry. It is there where he perfected his communication, organization, ability to multitask, and his attention to detail. Since joining our team in Spring of 2022, he has been an amazing asset. Dillion uses his experience to overturn appeal denials, research in-depth to find the proper documentation, and build evidence to refute those denials.  His favorite part about his position is piecing the puzzle together to create a valid point that gets the appeal overturned for patients.
