Stacy began her CBS career in 2011 as assistant to Erin Cammarata after earning her certificate in Medical Billing and Coding at the Northeast Technical Institute in Maine. Her success in that role led to Stacy’s current position and responsibilities as CBS Chief Operations Officer. Her thorough knowledge of the O&P industry, billing practices and Medicare compliance adds great value to the CBS team. Stacy’s positive, results-oriented attitude and her passion for learning and teaching contributes to her success as a well-respected member of the CBS Team.

Erica joined the CBS team in 2016. Erica came to us with nearly 10 years of Human Resources experience specializing in small to mid-size organizations. Her broad experience includes benefits, employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition, retention and compliance. Her knowledge, experience, passion for her work and her positive attitude make Erica a tremendous value to the CBS team.

Ashley began her CBS career in 2012. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management and has more than seven years of experience in the O&P/DME industry. As the Billing Manager at CBS, Ashley skillfully manages client accounts with a consistently pleasant and helpful attitude. She is dedicated with staying up to date with changes in the fast-paced healthcare industry, this dedication and commitment makes her an asset to CBS and the clients she serves.

Amber began her career with CBS Medical Billing in 2014. Amber quickly gained the knowledge and experience to successfully lead her own Billing Team. Amber’s attention to detail and customer service skills are only part of the reason her client’s love working with her! Amber has taken advantage of the many opportunities offered through CBS to learn multiple software programs, allowing her to be diverse in the clients she can service.

Gary joined CBS in February 2020 as a Billing Support Specialist. Because of his previous 15 years of Project Management and Operational Risk Management experience he possesses great leadership qualities.  With his expertise in leadership, his friendly outgoing personality, and his ability to help his peers resolve challenging claims, Gary has quickly earned his position as a Client and Contract Success Manager!

Sydney began her CBS career in 2016. As an Account Manager at CBS, she thoroughly enjoys working closely with her clients and ensuring they are satisfied daily. Sydney had received her degree in Business Management in February 2020! Sydney’s brings a very upbeat energy to both the clients she services and the CBS team.

Tricia began her CBS career in 2015. Tricia has 25+ years of medical billing experience with a concentration in Orthotics and Prosthetics. She enjoys applying her extensive knowledge of medical billing alongside the CBS Team, and is passionate about keeping up to date with the ever-changing world of medical billing. Tricia truly showcases excellent client service. Her strong organizational skills, coupled with her dedication to each client and strong work ethic make her a huge asset to CBS and her clients.

Autumn started her career at CBS in October of 2016. She came to CBS with 15 years of medical administration and management experience. Autumn enjoys interacting with clients and applying her extensive medical industry knowledge and expertise. Autumn’s strong organizational skills and solid understanding of the administrative side of a medical practice makes her extremely valuable to her clients and CBS.

Lyn started with CBS in 2016 as an Billing Support Representative after graduating as a high-honors student of the Medical Billing & Coding program at Seacoast Career School, in 2013. Lyn specializes in reviewing O&P claims to ensure all documentation has been received and are compliant, as well as following up with insurance providers to ensure medical claims are processed in a timely manner.

Sheila began her career with CBS in 2014 as a high-honors graduate of the Medical Billing program at Northern Essex Community College. She exudes enthusiasm, drive and passion for serving CBS clients. As a Billing Specialist, Sheila excels at securing authorizations and strives to achieve a high approval rate. Sheila takes personal pride in providing quality interactive client support, and ensures that CBS clients are well-informed regarding coding and billing changes.

Jennifer came to CBS in 2017 with a background in nursing and over 7 years’ experience in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics. Her exceptional organizational skills coupled with her keen attention to every little detail make her an asset to CBS and her clients.

Pat began working at CBS in 2016 as a Billing Support Representative working closely with the Account Managers to ensure medical claims are processed in an expeditious manner. Pat excels on researching and following up on litigation claims. Pat’s determination and follow through are second to none.

Kayla began her CBS career in 2015 as a Billing Assistant, she thoroughly enjoys working closely with clients. Her billing responsibilities range from verifying patient insurance coverage to following up with insurance providers to ensure that medical claims are processed in a timely, successful manner.

Kathy joined CBS in July of 2017. Having worked in the medical field for over 20 years, Kathy brings extensive knowledge to the billing process and it shows in her thoroughness and ability to tackle difficult claims. Her duties include a variety of tasks to ensure payment is received. Kathy takes pride in providing quality support to both the CBS team and the clients she services.

Francis joined CBS in 2017 and came to us with 13 years’ experience in medical insurance billing and claims processing, giving her a thorough understanding of the administrative side of a medical practice. Francis possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with the desire to see a problem through. Her duties include assisting the billing team, ensuring claims receipts and following up with insurance providers to ensure timely processing.

Jessica began her CBS career as a Billing Support Representative in July of 2018. She earned her Associates degree in Healthcare Administration/Medical Billing in 2010. Since graduating Jessica has worked in the medical billing field for 5 years. Her billing experience includes 3 years in Laboratory billing and 2 years as a DME supplier handling everything from patient intake and insurance verification to billing and posting. Jessica’s experience in DME and the use of certain software has made her an asset to the CBS team.

Jeanne joined the CBS family in July 2018. Jeanne worked in the banking industry for more than 25 years. Having been interested in medical billing for quite some time, she finally decided to take the leap. Jeanne is responsible for providing administrative support to the Account Managers and HR Director. Jeanne has thrived at CBS due to her willingness to learn and work ethic.

Mari started in her career at CBS in April of 2019 and has proven herself to be a true asset! Mari’s many years of experience in customer service positions has readied her for communicating effectively with insurance companies and her CBS teammates. Mari is responsible for providing administrative support to Account Managers by following up with insurance companies to ensure claims are on file and are processing correctly. Mari loves to learn and approaches each challenge with a “can-do” attitude; no challenge is too big for her to attempt! Mari is a true team player who offers help to other teams when her tasks are completed.

Emily joined CBS in 2019 after earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Marketing. As our Marketing Director, she helps represent our company by informing our clients of important industry updates. Her fresh outlook and creativity shines on our website and social media pages. Her unwavering positivity and willingness to help wherever she is needed are two of her greatest assets! Emily looks forward to continuing to grow with CBS and to grow CBS!

Sheri started her CBS career in December 2019.  Her friendly character and hard work ethic make her an amazing addition to the CBS team! As a Billing Support Representative Sheri has the important role of providing administrative support to Account Managers by following up with insurance companies to ensure claims are filed and processed correctly.
Before CBS Sheri worked in customer service and owned her own baking company in Amarillo, Texas!  She also worked 20+ years in the medical billing industry making her an expert here at CBS.
Sheri’s favorite part of her career at CBS is the positive culture within our group. She enjoys coming into work and interacting with coworkers.

Emily started her career at CBS in December 2019 as a Billing Support Specialist. Emily’s role at CBS is to ensure denials are overturned, claims are filed in a timely manner and assist our Billing Manager with setting up new clients.  With her cheery attitude and hard work ethic she has been an excellent addition to our CBS Family! Before working at CBS Emily had accumulated over 8 years of previous medical billing experience!  She has had the opportunity to live in many different parts of the country and has found herself settled down here in NH to become a part of our CBS Family. Emily’s favorite part about CBS is the people that she works with and the appreciation she feels by her fellow coworkers. She is also a large advocate for our CBS training program and loves learning all she can about her career.  Emily’s main goal is to continue learn and grow with CBS and eventually become a certified coder!

Before CBS Marshall was a contracted worker for a temp agency for 4 years.  He had held a wide array of jobs ranging from Janitor to Mail Clerk and everything in between. Because of this Marshall has the ability to connect and relate to many individuals and personalities.  Hiss favorite part about CBS is the flexibility and ability to work from home.

Hope joined our team in late spring of 2020. Ever since her hire date she has been a shining light of positivity.  Her favorite part about CBS is how welcoming and friendly her team is.  When asked what her favorite work task is at CBS she stated that she loves everything that she does. Her career goal is to grow as much as she can throughout the company and to hopefully one day pursue a banking career!

Peter joined our CBS team in October of 2020. He aids CBS in posting payments received from insurance companies, law offices, banks, and patients through Kareo and other various insurance portals. Before CBS Peter was not only a professional Chef but a Quality Assurance Analyst and Supervisor of multiple holding companies. He was responsible for legal transfers, correspondence, recording his company’s transactions, and even helped establish a disaster recovery site for his previous company in California. Because of his experience, Peter is well adept at the high regulations and strict guidelines of the billing industry. His attention to detail, interpretation skills, and ability to problem-solve has been a huge asset to CBS.

Marla started her career at CBS in July of 2020. As a Billing Support Representative, she is responsible for payment posting, Medicaid submissions, audits, and account follow-ups. Before CBS, Marla worked in the service industry as well as an Ambulance and Home Infusion Medical Biller. All of these positions gave her outstanding customer service skills and in-depth experience in the medical billing industry. Marla has quickly become a crucial part of our team by becoming a Medicaid Portal and OPIE software expert. Her favorite part of her role as Billing Support Specialist is diving headfirst into challenging Medicaid problems and solving them!

Carolina joined our CBS Family as a Junior Biller in November of 2020. As a Billing Representative, Carolina is responsible for: billing, posting, collections, verifying claim receipts, and phone call follow-ups. Carolina is fluent in 3 different types of software: Brightree, OPIE, and most recently, Nymbl!
Before joining the CBS team, Carolina worked at an ancillary company in the worker's compensation industry as an Accounts Receivable SME/Lead Specialist for four years. She also held many other valuable positions such as Billing Manager, Senior Billing Specialist, and Front Desk Manager. Overall, Carolina has worked in the billing industry for over 25 years and is excited to grow further in her career here at CBS!

Merlie began her CBS career in April of 2021. As one of our Insurance Verification Specialists, she works within our PAVE department and is responsible for a handful of our clients' verifications and authorizations. Before CBS, Merlie graduated with her Associate's degree in Medical Administration from Ivy Tech Community in Indiana. She has worked with many different specialties such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, and radiology practices across the US. It is during this time that she gained valuable expertise and knowledge of how to navigate and authorize complicated claims. This experience has led her to great success in her current role at CBS.

Barbara joined our team in July 2020 as a Billing Support Representative. She graduated college and went straight to work in the medical billing field as an Assistant Practice Manager at a pediatrics practice. After gaining a few years of experience, she worked as a Medical Coder specializing in Oncology and Neurology. Because of her wide range of expertise, Barbara currently works across various teams at CBS, assisting in transitions, new clients, and other daily tasks. She specializes in Nymbl, Brightree, and OPIE. Barbara has been a wonderful addition to the CBS and always offers her help to whomever needs it.
